What does is mean when your boss says, "I have a bone to pick with you"/?
I recently moved here from Australia and my boss keeps saying this to me but I don't understand. I'm trying my best fit it. He also says, "do you smoke crack on your day off?" Please help

He means that there is a problem with your performance, and it may be drug related. He wants to speak to you about it.

Both these phrases are very common in Australia so I do not understand why you have not heard them before?
1) there is a problem with something you did we need to discuss
2) are you even listening to what I am saying? You are not doing what is asked.

I have a bone to pick with you = there is a significant problem we need to discuss
Do you smoke crack on your day off? = I'm starting to think you're crazy and/or stupid
In American English, to imply that someone is smoking crack suggests that they did or said something or believe something which is particularly ridiculous. It doesn't usually imply literal crack smoking.

it means he has something he wants to speak with you about and I dont know why he says that about the crack are you spastic? .....hah

It means he is upset about an issue involving you, and he wants to resolve it with you
