I want to know what should i do?

My wife want me to get divorce & i`m feeling helpless, sad & deprresed about it what should i do. She hits or screams at me probably everyday but, the reasons is that she don't want me to have any male or female friends & she don't want me to get in touch with any relatives of mine or her.she want all of my monthly earning money which she wants to put on her bank a/c & when i told her to put it in a joint bank a/c she refuses & got angry hits me. Yes, i have done mistakes that i lied about my monthly income which is 35000 rupees a month but, i told her that i earn 40000 rupees & i have also lied about my educational qualification that i'm a graduate which i'm not but, i have apologise to her for all this even i have touched her feet if she can forgive me for this. i have suffered a lot now i don't know wat to do so, pls help me by giving me the right advice.
