Batman versus Spiderman?

If they were both thrown into a situation at random, then it would most likely turn out like Death Battle (with Spiderman winning).

If Batman can plan ahead, then he'll most definitely win. Spiderman really isn't any much more than what Batman deals with on a normal basis.

K so the bat is all human and all normal except for the fact that he is an elitist and rich beyond belief and has every girl's attention. This plus he is driven by the fact that his family was unjustly killed while consistently trying to help the down trodden. The eight legger is trying to make ends meet and keep the attention of one girl while having super powers and senses not to mention abusing his powers day one leaving total regret after leaving his uncles killer to get away initially.

Seems easy, if you're only interested in super human abilities it s the spider, if you're looking for a man with drama, reality and hi tech gear you want the man in black. There is a reason why the movie series for one of these took off in every generation that took a swing at it and the other can't get past the sunday comics...
