This girl I like is ignoring me? Help?

I just met this girl online. I know she finds me at least a little attractive cuz I sent a group message that your friends are supposed to answer and one of the questions was if on valentines day we kissed what would you do there were a series of answers and she said continue kissing and another one was would I date you and she said maybe with a smiley face so I know she has a little attraction. Then a few days ago she messages me saying hey with a smiley face and we started talking and she gave me her number but I didn't have a phone at the time so I couldn't text her and she said ahh alright. But I did text her off my email cuz I really wanted to talk to her and she didn't reply. I told her this morning I did that and she either hasn't checked her messages or ignored it. Now I have a phone and I texted her twice just saying hey and she hasn't texted back. I'm really holding back but it's hard cuz I have quite the crush on this girl. Maybe she gave me the wrong number or something? Idk but please what should I do?? Should I just tell her I like her or wait? I don't wanna annoy her please help?:(
