Are u supposed to tear out some pages and put them back in ? For example it says to float a page after u float it do u put it back in the book?

That probably wouldn't be very intelligent? I'm not entirely sure what you mean by 'float' (if there's another sense of the word I'm not aware of), but dropping it in the water and putting it back in the book would likely smear the ink on the neighboring pages, as well as sticking quite a few of them together. I'd suggest 'floating' it and dropping it in the compost/recycling bin/garbage.

you can float a image on a web site.
write in your detail section more info
it appears to me that you can 'PLACE' that page anywhere else because the info is useful in other sections of your notebook.. naming it floating page, it can float to any section to be used on other topics
float would not necessarily mean to tear out...mark it like with a paper clip, to use on other topics
