I really think I have a good chance to take my daughters baby when it is born.?

Question

She may want her baby but I think since I had her I should automatically get custody of my teen daughters baby. I know I may have given my 3 children away in foster care but I want my grand daughter, because I can not have anymore but my teenage daughter will be able to have more. Shes only 16 and wants to get a job and try to go to school and try to raise her baby. Um no. I took her out of school and will not let her get a job unless she gives me my grand daughter. So that will look good on me her being an "out of control teen." Plus my new boyfriend has military background and gets to retire from the military in 4 years. So that also looks good for me. No one should think I am in the wrong shes the one who wants to put her baby in day care while she tries school and a job. I think thats selfish. So I think I am in the right.

Um no you don't have a good chance. If she's not doing anything legally wrong then you have no ground to take the baby.
You're being selfish by not letting her go to school or get a job to have a good future with HER daughter. And it doesn't "look good on you" that you removed her from school. It makes you look stupid. 

If you want a baby so bad adopt one. Don't take your daughter's child who she obviously wants.

This baby is NOT going to be YOUR son or daughter - this baby is going to be YOUR grand child, therefore, prepare to be a grand mother and leave your daughter alone.  You already had your chance, of being a mother, now don't ruin it for your daughter.
