Ive recently lost 100 lbs and I now weigh 185 lbs but now my butt is saggy how do I tighten up my butt?

I want a really tight butt to match my nice body that I now obtain but due to the massive amount of weight I've lost my buttocks is somewhat very loose due to the excess skin and just lack of fat that used to be there how do I tighten my skin back up to achieve a nice sect firm ***? What exercise? Advice....guys and gals thanks! :)

    Squats , regular lunges and jumping lunges. Riding a bike around too helps legs and glutes

    Squats, lunges, donkey kicks, etc. there are some great apps like my butt workout that have tons of workout vids. Good luck!

    Squats supply you large glutes. reckoning on how large your sag is, on occasion plastic surgical treatment is definitely the only thank you to cut back the flabby skin. in case you opt for for you could touch me.

    Get a bike and start riding. That will tone up your legs and butt.
