Ive recently lost 100 lbs and I now weigh 185 lbs but now my butt is saggy how do I tighten up my butt?
I want a really tight butt to match my nice body that I now obtain but due to the massive amount of weight I've lost my buttocks is somewhat very loose due to the excess skin and just lack of fat that used to be there how do I tighten my skin back up to achieve a nice sexy firm butt? Loose skin has to be removed or fat replaced with muscle. Lunges are best for buttock and squats too.

I'm by no means an expert...But try jump squats, and there's a mineral called silica that you can take that helps increase collagen production and can firm up skin. Make sure you get the springtime horsetail variety and not silicon dioxide.
