You made the choice of only basic insurance coverage, and had an at fault accident. Your insurance will pay for the damage you did to others, but not your own damage. If you can drive your car, go to a body shop and get an estimate for repairs. Once you have that you can decide it you want to repair it or not. If you decide you will need to pay the full costs of repairs when they are finished with it and you go to pick it up.
If you can not drive it, some body shops will come to you for an estimate, which should include the tow to the shop. If you can't find one that will do that you will have to arrange your own tow to the shop.

liability only means you pay for your damages. If the car is drivable find a body shop near you and go down and get an estimate. I would ask friends and family for any feedback on places they have been that seemed to be good about repairs. Even ask your regular mechanic he may be able to recommend a good shop too.
The estimates are going to vary widely if the car cannot be driven you may have to call and get an appointment for a shop to come make an estimate. Most good shops will do this for free. finding a good body shop is a bit different than a repair shop. I would call a local office of my insurance company and tell them your a customer and if they can recommend a good body shop ? most insurance companies have at least two or three that they prefer because the body shop proved more than once to not try cheating the insurance company. Do your research on the phone and internet first before going to any body shops
Most body shops do not take payments they want to get paid. Any shop that does not get paid can file a mechanics lien on the work that was done and get ownership of your vehicle very easily

Ask around to see if anyone knows a "backyard garage" that does some body type work. They could likely find some needed parts at a salvage yard and possibly get your car back in "decent" shape, ( It wouldn't be like a regular body shop using new parts, but the cost would be less! ), but of course you wouldn't get any guarantee when this type of work is done. Of course this all depends on the year and model of car you have. Also you have to look at the time involved with using a backyard garage service. They may take a month trying to find parts at a salvage yard, and would likely have you pay for the parts that are found as they get them. Then it's likely any body parts would need painted. A normal body shop business can give a definite estimate of cost of repairs and time to completely finish the job. You won't get that with the backyard garage, and you could have more problems at that. You really need to trust the person that suggests that backyard garage! Just be very careful dealing with anyone who doesn't do body repairs for a "licensed" business. Good luck.

Well, as far as insurance nothing will be paid to you because you did not carry collision insurance. Can you ask around and see if anybody knows a good body shop? You would take your car to a body shop and they will look at it and give you an estimate. They should be able to set up a payment plan for you too. Just ask them all of these things when you call them.

I would be very concerned about taking out a loan. You will just go deeper into debt and have very little to show for it. How much will the car be worth after you get it fixed? If you crash again with no insurance then you still have to pay back the loan. Stay out of debt as much as possible.

Well, you made the choice to not protect your own vehicles against damage. Since you were at fault, and you have only liability insurance, then you are going to have to pay out of your pocket to get the car repaired.

You will have to pay for your damages. The first step is to make budgets in some workshops you trust to make sure you choose the shop with the best value, but find out if the workshop with the best value also features quality services.
Do a search with friends, family, phone and internet before going directly to the workshops, this saves time.

If the car is drivable then take it to a series of autobody repair shops to get an estimate.
