Video cards are either made by Nvidia or ATI. Your Radeon HD5750 id s ATI mid-range card so any card which at least matches or exceeds the specs will provide equal or better performance. See reference # 1 for ATI replacements. See Reference # 2 for other model cards and comparison. Regardless of which one you pick, your power supply must be adequate to handle any increase in power consumption resulting from an upgrade.

I would guess the 7750 would be the direct replacement, but I'd look at the 7770 instead or the Nvidia GTX 650 Ti or GTX 650 Ti Boost cards.
