Every time I try to play a video it says, "The video cannot be played." But there is no problem in commenting or liking the video.
Safari, iTunes and Appstore are working fine so there is no problem with my Wi-fi.
Please suggest something.

Maybe you should check if you can connect to youtube from another device in the same wi-fi to determine whether its your network or just your device.
