For PS2 I used to play GTA: SA, GTA 3, Crash Bandicoot, Sims 2, Spiderman 2, Spyro Series, Pitfall: The Lost Expedition, Ratchet and Clank 1, 2, 3 and 4. (Ratchet and Clank go downhill after that.) Sly 1, 2, and 3. Transformers the Game, Guitar Hero Series, Midnight Club 3 Dub Edition, Marvel Nemesis: Rise of the Imperfects (Great for 2-player), Tak and the Power of Juju Series. And definitely Jak and Daxter 1 through 3.
Those are all the games I can remember from ps2 that I loved to play.
