i think they leaked something out or they are doing an experiment on search and how many people actually share outside of Google

I got it too, It might be something with your search on penile implants. Maybe it's just those another joke on YouTube. Or there might be Google teams doing experiments on searches. Just ignore them and move on what you were doing.
