Why is my dad so ignorant?

I think you should really sit down and talk to your father about your feelings towards the girl and if he doesn't listen then he is not being a real father who supports his child because if something or someone makes you happy then the father should be happy that someone or something is making their child happy.. That's the way life is.. Not all parents agree with their child so if you are happy with her then be with her because in the end your father will have to accept your choice.. So many happy couples been ruined because they decide to listen or obey their parents that they lost true love and the right person.. Go with your heart please.. You won't regret it.. Your father will accept it one day but make sure she is the right one because the parents always play the " I told you so" game..

I know it's hard because Asian girls are so hot And usually sweetheartS I'm with a Filipino and I'm white so I get it if you really like her you're going to have to say f*** you to your dad and stand up for her your man he can't stop you he can just complain and tell her that if he can accept it do you have to walk out of his life girls like that kind of stuff makes me feel special eventually your dad will come around when he realizes he lost you to his ignorance just make sure the girl knows the matter what he says You will stand by her and it'll melt her heart
