If you are looking for price, go with T Mobile

If you want quality, go with Verizon.

T Mobile and AT&T will be cheaper than Sprint and Verizon. I would only consider those 4 companies, because any of the other phone plans like alltel or the walmart one piggy back off the main carriers networks, making them extremely unreliable. T Mobile and AT&T are GSM networks, and Verizon and Sprint are CDMA networks, without getting into the whole background of how a cellular network is set up, just know that CDMA networks are A LOT better. although GSM networks provide a larger amount of security. But, assuming you live in the United States, you wont really need the security.
