and after it was changed THEY had the CIA distribute so THEY could defer to their last resort and claim the "intelligence community" were the people who "Originated the talking points".
THE IC was, but who changed them and why to be distributed AFTER the changes so they could say " the CIA still signed off on them".

It's incredibly easy for the "monday morning quarterback" to review the previous day's action and point fingers of blame acting like they know so much better.
If you think there is some sort conspiracy among US officials who intentionally facilitated undermining security as a means to allow tragedy ... I disagree.
Mistakes were made ... mistakes ALWAYS are disputably made when horrible events occur. Hopefully, we learn f/ them and move on.
