    Quite often.. Even in a day have mood swings..

    Depends. Sometimes it takes several months for my mood to swing. Sometimes it will happen in a few hours. Sometimes I feel both elated and depressed at the same time. I don't know if I'm bipolar or if that's a symptom of ADD, which can mimic symptoms of bipolar.

    Not very many. Maybe 1 or 2 a week.
