You have your parents make an appointment for you with your doctor, and you go get examined for whatever your problem is that you need medication for. The doctor then, if he decides it necessary, will write a prescription that your parents then take to the pharmacy to have filled. You can take take the medication as instructed to help with whatever ails you.

And, of course, most other ways are going to be illegal, and we don't want to encourage you to break the law, so I'm not going into that.
