Have you reduced the amount of carbs/gluten in your diet and lost weight or felt better?

I have lost at least 1.5 kgs just by cutting out pasta, bread and breakfast cereal and filling up on vegetables and protein. My complexion/face looks much clearer if not younger and healthier and for the first time in my 42 years I have a flat stomach! Has anyone experienced the same?

    yes, if u follow this your fat storage will drop down lower

    an it will be a big help... your body will feed from the fat storage for energy
