because unlike a PC the ram isnt eaten up by other resources that PC needs and it was just built solely for games and nothing else, the GPU and CPU in the xbox 360 is good enough to run MID-quality games smooth. But at time you might experience dropped framerates on newer games

You do not have anything running in the background, only the game. That means that there is no windows 7, xp, 2000, 98, 95, vista, 8 (in order from best to worst) using lots of ram just to stay on and run.
