Is my boss allowed to act like this or be rude like this?

Okay so I work at the Hyatt a hotel and my boss never schedules anyone and night crew never does there work so there is always allot of dishes and pots to wash but meanwhile I'm always doing other tasks too so it's still just me for a very long time and Friday he decides to tell at me in front of every one saying "you never get your work done you work to slow" and I know I don't work slow I just can't clean all of it cuz it's so much so I tell him well in always the only one scheduled for so long and he says "that's not an excuse u use to be able to get this done and you never stay OT anymore when I ask you" and I say because I'm tried you made me work 7 straight days with out a day off and allot of those days were overtime and then he's all threatening my full time he's all u keep acting like this ill put you to part time and so much stuff he's all "Jose is a better worker then you he can get this done in a hour" yes he said I'm a bad worker and actually told me another worker is better then me... And I was like there is no way one person could get this done there are like thousands of people that come in everyday open 24/7 there's just no way he can. So I got so upset cuz he's threatening my job for no reason I started to have a meltdown and was so emotional and he's all you can't cry you are just gonna cause and scene and get me in trouble so now everything when he wants to yell at me he just takes me into his office and starts yelling like top of his lungs like and I don't know what to do I'm not even a bad worker and he sticks up for any other person when I'm like night crew never does anything nobody cleans he just sticks up for them and puts all of the issues on me.. I know bosses can do some disciplinary to you but this isn't even disciplinary act at all I feel I'm being bullied by my own boss and feel he is harnessing me and I've been there for a year and 4 months and I never see him do this to anyone else is this right can he even do this?
