When is the best level to start the dlcs in Fallout New Vegas?
I'm at lvl 13 right now. When is the best level to start playing Dead Money, Old World Blues, Honest Hearts, and The Lonesome Road dlcs? By best level I mean a level that I will probably never die on in the dlc.

I'd say you're good to do Honest Hearts at the moment, but other than that:
Dead Money: 15-25
OWB: 25 - 30
Lonesome Road: Any time after that!

Thing is, the monsters from the DLCs level with you, so once you're past level 40 they can be very tough. If you're a complete beginner to FNV, wait at least until you're level 15 so you have a handle on the game. Then you can do the DLCs and make sure Lonesome Road is last. Techincally, the chronological order of the DLCs is Dead Money (very though DLC and worst one imo), Honest Hearts, Old World Blues (best DLC imo), and Lonesome Road.
