are some violations justified?

so there was a guy who posted a sexual question on yahoo answers asking all personal questions which I thought were inappropriate and commented with "you need to get out more Gurt", so I tried to appeal which was rejected, the reason was Chatting / Not a Question or Answer / Incomprehensible?

do you think this was a fair violation or not or do you think an injustice occurred? thoughts and have you ever felt like this kind of thing happened to you before.

Update:

you know some guy on here asking inappropriate questions about sexual experiences is left unpunished but because he put serious question does that make it appropriate for this site?

Update 2:

aren't most answers kind of chatty? doesn't that mean most of us are violating the guidelines?

    The way I see it this place is called Yahoo Answers so as long as you gave an answer I don't see a violation. I guess if you get down to it it was a chat but who cares MY GOD YAHOO LIGHTEN UP A BIT wait now I'm chatting :'(

    Yes most answers are a little chatty I agree with you, you take away the chat then you take away some of the charm of yahoo answers
