Is Serve by American Express legit?
I'm selling my textbooks on Chegg and it gives me 2 options for payment. Chegg credit, or Serve, which will give me a prepaid american express card. However, as I'm signing up I notice i gotta give a shitload of info. So what is it? And is it legit.

It is legit. It was opened by American Express in 2011 as a PayPal alternative. They have to fight off lots of scammers which is why they want so much information. (i don't work for them).

don't use it , that is unless you have time to go through amx bullshit! I purchased one at cvs thinking this would be a good alternative I tried to use it to avail . I asked amx why and I was told I need to start a account on there web site with all my personal information including S.S. # so I did and still this is not enough now i'm requested to send in a copy of all personal documents proving i'm me. look I spent $100.00 getting this card ! and has been nothing but one big headache!!!!

tell her to circulate forward and phone the FBI as they are already attentive to this for the reason which you filed a record against her already. tell her to furnish your call to the agent as you have already filed a record against her and that they are investigating her to verify why she is impersonating an Opec first rate.
