Traction control issues in an '04 Mazda 6s. Help?

When I first bought the car, if it got really cold, the traction control lights would come on as soon as the car started and would cause my engine to rev over and over again. While it is doing this, I can't get the car to go faster than 10 miles per hour. I've brought it to a garage and they weren't able to discern a cause for the issue. It is a 5-speed, and if I disconnect the battery for about a miinute then plug it back in, the issue goes away for a little while. Just recently the traction control lights will come on while I am driving and I am unable to drive over 10mph again.

Why could the ladies individuals have all the exciting. As on your question, Dynamic stability administration w/Traction administration isn't presented because it it isn't mandatory.
