Looking for strategy game?

Hello, I'm looking for strategy games with not bad 3D graphics where you can control ground and air units as well as navy and carrier based aircraft, may it be the war in Pacific (WW2) or modern time battles. I'd like a game with more realistic feel to it, not arcade like Red Alert, some sci-fi units are welcome though. Graphics not important too, but not too old (2002+) Thanks in advance.
