Why do I always have a blocked nose?
Every night for the past year I've been using nasal spray to unblock my nose so I can sleep. However my nose has been blocked much longer than that probs about 10 years. When I was younger I was allergic to dairy products, however I eat them now.

It means u r allergic to dairy, cut it out and eat gluten free for a week to see how u feel
