Pop tart press / cutter instructions, please!?

I bought a nifty pop tart cutter from WilliamsSonoma (http://reviews.williams-sonoma.com/3177/toaster-pa... and my dearest (grrr!) mother in law has thrown out the box, with the recipe and care instructions. Does anyone out there still have the box? I'd love to see a scan or transcript of the recipe, please!
