If the sundried tomatoes are dried and not packed in oil it is best to rehydrate them in a little boiled water. If they are packed in oil, you are good to go. Cut up the sundried tomatoes in small pieces, cut the pepper and toss the vegetables with the cooked pasta. Add extra-virgin olive oil and red wine vinegar of balsamic vinegar and toss with the pasta. I usually use twice as much oil as vinegar.

Good additons to pasta salad are fresh chopped herbs, cut up fresh tomatoes and finely chopped onion.

For breakfast, make an easy omelet. Peppers, mushrooms, and broccoli in olive oil; add omega-3-enriched or free-range eggs and diced turkey or chicken breast.

Paleo lunches are easy. At the beginning of the week, make a huge salad with anything you like. A good starting point can be mixed greens, spinach, radishes, bell peppers, cucumbers, carrots, avocadoes, walnuts, almonds and sliced apples or pears.

For dinner, try spaghetti squash as a substitute for any pasta recipe. Top with pesto, marinara and meatballs. Roasted beets and their greens make a great side dish for pork.

I would cook the pasta and cut the other items up small. Add them all together with some zesty italian dressing and mix it all together. Toss it in the fridge and enjoy some cold pasta salad for dinner.

No, use some olive oil. Throw them in a food processor or chop finely with basil, parsley, some Parmesan or whatever cheese you have, salt and pepper. Do you have any almonds or walnuts? Throw those in. Toss with hot pasta.

Spoon all of the ingredients onto the floor and roll around naked in it for a bit. Using a spoon, scrape as much as possible off your body and put it in an egg-pickling jar. Add to this a half bottle of vodka and some mustard. Add the zest of a lemon and break wind into the jar before quickly sealing. Leave to stand for about 30 minutes and then tuck in.

You do not necessarily need mayo. It depends on the taste you are going for. I personally would use a little oil or butter just so the meal is not dry.
