PLAYBACK ISSUES ON GALAXY NOTE 2 HELP PLEASE?

So i'm having playback problems on my galaxy note 2, when i'm streaming movies and i skip a certain point the video stops and the audio continues to play. I've tried using mx player and vlc media player but it still doesn't help. Please please please, if you give me the solution to this i will pray for you also award best answer. Thankyou.

    Look on samsungs website and ring their help centre. They will either suggest something or they ll pick up yr phone and take it away to be fixed or if u like tell u their nearest support centre so u can take it to be repaired.

    characteristic of samsung galaxy note 2 is more desirable strengthen than galaxy s3. This telephone has some modern characteristic which isn't obtainable in galaxy s3 or different phones obtainable in markit.
