Does this band name sound OK in Portuguese?

We're looking for a name for a new samba band and I came up with o barulho de cima - the racket (noise) upstairs. We practice in an upstairs room!

Do I have it right? Or should it be em cima, encima, or something else? I couldn't quite work out the subtleties of the different ways of saying "upstairs".

For me it sounds a little strange, but it's an unique name and it can work for a samba band.

I just think that "Barulho de Cima" is better than "O Barulho de Cima". The "O" seems irrelevant for this name.
