Borderlands 2 character help?

Ok for some reason I can't play as my borderlands 2 characters on a different Xbox. I saved them in the cloud. What am I doing wrong?

    Nothing you need to use a hard drive if you are going to do that.

    Are you choosing "Cloud" as your storage option at the beginning of the game? Make sure you are connected to the Internet as well when you log in and also make sure you have the right character saves on the cloud, I believe they each have their own distinct one.
