They didnt give up, they are just overmatched plain and simple. Hinrich, Deng, and Rose have all sat out the entire series. The Bulls are not keeping Rose from playing. Rose is keeping Rose from playing.

Heinrich really runs the offense spreads the ball around more he's really like a miniature d rose without as good of court vision. When Heinrich is there his priority is dishing the ball, plus he's a better defender than Nate. Deng is sick and he's a okay shooter and a great defender, he's very much like lebron in the fact that he can do everything for a team, not as good as lebron of course but he does so much for the team

They didn't give up but they really don't have much left in the tank. With Kirk and Luol out you guys are missing 2 of your 3 best defenders and 2 of your better scorers as well. Plus guys like Taj, Nate, & Joakim are playing through their own illnesses and injuries so they aren't exactly 100% either. And Rose isn't playing because he doesn't think he's ready, not because of the coaches. Honestly he should try to because even if they don't beat the heat, him being cleared to play and not even trying is almost like giving up on his teammates when they're all going through injuries right now.
