Is this grounds for a law suite?

The company i work for will not reimburse you for gas on company time when you have to drive clients around all the time. I have driven 103 miles in 2 months. and i have been working for this company for 3 years and havnt seen a dime of reimbursement.

No. You're supposed to write that off on your taxes as a business expense and get reimbursed that way. Pizza delivery drivers don't get reimbursed by the company for the gas they spend, and they work for less than you do probably, so it could be worse. I'm not sure why companies are not required to do that, but they aren't.

No. It is however a tax deductible business expense, so keep track of all miles and you can deduct (I believe the current rate is) 55 cents per mile from your income for tax purposes.

And the word is "suit". "Suite" is pronounced like "sweet" and is the word used for a large hotel room.

No it isn't. Unless you have an employment contract that says they will they don't have to.
