Given how rampant child abuse is, and how often children get molested, I don't see any harm in explaining basic biology for the purpose of children being able to report abuse. That being said, it should be the parents -- not the schools -- that are taking this responsibility. But too many parents won't. So if it is a choice between protecting the children from molestation, and protecting them from learning about sex at an early age, I'd rather see us protect the children from molestation.
