Why is my Proxy Checking Software not showing IP Countries?

Last week I downloaded "Anonymous Guest" which is a proxy checker, that checks if proxies are good or bad. For the first day I was using it, it worked good, and showed me the countrry location of all of the ips before i tested them. Now when I use it, for every list I try checking, it leaves the country location blank, for every single proxy. I even tried checking lists that I had checked before that originally showed the location but now it is just leaving location blank every time. I even checked the settings, and show ip location is enabled.

I have tried downloading a couple other proxy checkers, but they all leave location blank, or say N/A for 'Not Available'. Is there something on my computer blocking the locations from being checked? because it was working before but now it isn't.
