Agree with you "Jumping Sun" but you see, it's very great thing that now even actresses of 90s doing great roles in bollywood { as u said Sridevi in English Vinglish } plus it's for the first time an superstar actress in her late 40s doing an item song with a rising star actor in his early 30s :)
By the way Madhuri is doing two women power movies like- Gulab Gang & Dedh Ishqiya.

It is just about averege. Madhuri should take a cue from Sri Devi and look for roles which show her acting prowess rather than being stuck to glamorous diva avatar.
