Anybody going to 150th Gettysburg reenactment?

There's two of them - some in my unit plan to attend both. How's about y'all?

That surely does sound like an event not to miss and I wish I could make plans for it. My family history does include involvement in the Civil War on both sides but most notably on the side of the confederacy from South Carolina. One individual in particular who as an ancestor and fought for the south was Manse Jolly and he became quite notorious after the war was over as he terrorized union encampments in and around the area of Anderson. He had five brothers killed and vowed to take 10 lives for each brother killed and supposedly did. Though I do not necessarily agree with some sentiments of the south at that time, it is a part of my family history and difficult to be proud of. I just may look that up and attempt to see it for myself though and thanks for the heads up. Take care.

P.S. Gettysburg is suspected to be one of the most haunted locations in the U.S.
