Laptop screen replacement advice?
Hello. I recently cracked the screen on my laptop and by following instructional videos on youtube, I managed to unscrew the laptop and take the screen out.
The screen for my HP Pavilion G6 model laptop is a LTN156AT27-H02 to be specific.
Now I'm obviously looking to buy the exact same screen again. Is there any kind of variation to this particular screen? Is there different types of this model? Also, can any of you pros out there recommend a website that sells replacement screens (that ships to the UK) ?
Thanks.

Hi there, you guys forgot about http://www.laptop-lcd-screen.co.uk/
They have a massive inventory and the screens are exactly the same as the originals, i.e. if your original was matte you get matte if it was glossy you get glossy. Most of the vendors I find browsing online just list gloss or say they will send whatever. These guys look a bit more professional.

It all is determined by how a lot the desktop price and how new it is. Computer displays are actual highly-priced (I've seemed into this earlier than), plus your gonna need to ship it off then pay for the restore and get it despatched back. You would buy a reveal off ebay and match it but i would get a quote earlier than you do anything as if you send it they may kill you with the invoice!!!

I got a replacement screen on Ebay. You could try that or just Google it to see who sells the part you need.
