I'm having the same problem. I have a Yahoo account and I can't e-mail my mom with an AOL account. I tried to call AOL, but they wanted me to share my screen, so I hung up. Hopefully if this many of us are having the problem, they will fix it soon.

I am encountering the same problem today when trying to send an email message to someone with an AOL address from my Yahoo mail account.

Using "Test" as a subject line puts a block on the message in several systems, including AOL.

I was also facing same problem with my aol account I tried everything to fix that at last I just visited http://www.email-support247.com/aol-email-support.... and made a call on their toll free. I got instant help for my email account by a certified technician only in a single call.

Both yahoo and google mail are being blocked. The error message reads; "The IP address has been blocked due to a spike in unfavorable e-mail statistics." Once an IP address is on the blocked list, it will not be removed. I tried using the webmail for my website (not yahoo or google) and was finally able to get through. I think. No bounce messages yet.
