What do you think about this kitchen?

I don't like it at all, sorry.

Cool goes only so far, and then there has to be something warm and inviting.

There is no seating for anyone in sight, and those counters would destroy a cook's back- there's no overhang, so you would be leaning over at a very awkward angle.

The color is also dreadful - a kitchen should be a warm color, with places to actually prepare food.

There's a point beyond which minimalist go to less than zero, and I honestly think you've found it.

Your mom would have nothing to do with this kitchen - no woman would.

Wet kitchen is the place u do the cooking - stove, sinks, small cabinets for ur sauces,herbs n kitchen utensils will do just great in the moist kitchen subject. Dish washing can also be executed on this discipline. Dry kitchen - well i put my dining desk within the dry kitchen field, for speedy lunch n dinner... My fridge can be in the dry kitchen discipline. Malaysian tends to cook alternatively than do away with, so it is simpler to have moist kitchens so u dont wet and mess up the entire kitchen..The wet ones are normally smaller than the dry ones, that means much less cleansing to do. At first, my condominium also wasnt organized with the wet subject after I first moved in, but now, its all less difficult...

When you say "my kitchen," do you mean you own the house, and it will be a surprise when they come to visit you? If your answer is yes, then: you need to add information such as what price range you can afford. Counter tops come in very expensive (i.e. granite) to very inexpensive materials.

If you mean that it is your parent's house/kitchen, I would say that unless you know your parents' tastes exactly, your surprise should be telling them when they return that you are going to remodel their kitchen for them; then work together to choose materials. (Just being honest, from a woman's perspective.)

I think it is really warm and inviting. Great for feeding a big family or many guests. I see a a window in the back and side and i think that is perfect for saving energy by using natural light during the day. Love the color scheme. Would look beautiful on a bright sunny morning.

No offense but I think it's ugly and uninviting. I'm gonna sound like a weirdo but it's almost soulless. I would not want to be in that kitchen.
