Tahajjud namaz how to perform?

There are 2, 4, 6, or 8 nafil rakahs in sets of 2. The sunnah is eight rakahs, i.e. four sets of 2. but you can do any number.

The time is in the middle of the night any time between isha and fajr. the sunnah is in the second third of the night, go back to sleep, then get up again for fajr.

You should read Al Fatihah plus one another short surat such as An Naas,Al Falaq,Al Ikhlash etc in each raka'at You can read the same another surat if you could not memorize yet some of short surats. After you finish tahajjud prayer you can make dzikir and dua in your own language in line with your intention

tahajjud is performed in exactly the same manner as any other prayer if you pray in sets of 2 then recite surah fatiha and another surah in each raka any surah you know can be recited. the prayer is exactly the same way as if you were praying 2 raka of fajr the only 1 difference is that instead of making intention for compulsory fajr prayer you make intention at the start to do optional tahajjud prayer.

You can read any Surah, the Surah you use in 5 times prayer.

You can use Surah from the 10 Surah we use during, 5 times prayer.
