Are there any suggestions on advice to give to a woman practicing martial arts to wear for protection?

because a chasity belt give protection against co-operation

    I know they have female groin protectors and also athletic shirts for woman that have pads for the breast so you don't end up getting that cancer later in life.

    A mouthgard is a must be it for a male or female.
