T.M.J. stands for Temporal-Mandibular Joint. Everyone has two of them, on each side of the face. You probably mean tmj disorder. It's when the joint is maligned and you feel jaw pain. You may hear clicking or popping when you open or close your mouth. It can be easily treated with physical therapy or chiropractor

whether i don't think of that TMJ is actual existence threatening, this is a few thing it rather is very risky and not problem-free to stay with, on account that your jaw can get caught open and be very painful. basically be careful and chew softer food. i'm hoping it works out ok for you!
