What Do You Think About This?

Hello. I am in seventh grade and a girl (obviously, I suppose). This year I finally began to see the 'dating world' in which I have been asked out (despite a time in third grade--I did NOT say yes, btw) and people have confessed crushes to me, and stupidly I didn't see who it was that said they liked me. So a few months ago I was in my social studies and one of the semi-popular/cool kids/funny person everyone thinks is cute walked up to me and asked if i could help him with this map or something(i forgot). Now let me tell you where I stand in the social order, I am a 'smart nerd', I suppose. Not pretty, not cool, and never have been. The only thing I have to boast about is my intelligence, classes, and piano talent(though I don't really care for music much but apparently I'm very good at playing the piano,). So of course I said "Sure, what do you need help with?" so I helped him and then the teacher placed us in a group since I was helping him get his grade up and he began working with me on every group assignment assigned. One day he told me "_(my name)_, You're good for my life." and I was just like, okay then . . . So one day I was working with him and he went to talk to these other popular friends and a girl whom is very nerdy(even more than I since she is not smart) asked me for help and so I helped her and he came back and started like being 'mad' or 'freaking out' in a funny way and said "_(her name)_, Why did you steal my spot? I was sitting next to _(my name)_ first." and then more rants and he left and oh my gosh =.= even the teacher turned around.

So after that incident I sort of noticed that I like him ^.^ and so afterwards, also, he never really spoke to me much and I tried to ignore him too since well i started liking him. Around two weeks ago, though, he like stroked my arm and was like "pretty woman . . " and so I just side stepped away from him and did like a 'You have creeped me out' face. Today, and this made me giddy, he said "_(my name)_, I love you" and I was like okay then . . and well that was strange. So do you think he might like me? Sometimes in other classes I see him glancing and we lock eye contact for about a second or two and then look away. Is it me, or both of us??
