can a 3 of a kind of aces beat a full house?

so i was playing poker with my brother and he had a 3 of a kind of aces and i had a full house of three 6's and a pair of 2s. on deck their were an A 6 6 7 2 3 how can he beat it

    if the community cards are whatn you sa he had a full house of AAA66 all youn had was 66622

    No. The 3 aces would beat your 3 6's alone, but the pair causes you to win.

    The only thing that beats a full house is 4 of a kind or a royal flush.

    Check the pack. If you are only using one pack you can't have a three of a kind of aces. In poker a full house beats three of a kind.

    If your brother had three aces then he had two of them in his hole cards. He would have had Aces full of sixes for a higher full house than your sixes full of twos.

    You both have 3-of-a-kind, but the tie breaker is the pair of 2's.
