Fantasy Baseball Trade?

12 team H2H league with 3 players of any position, 2 year keeper eligibility. Currently my team is 4-2 and I might be facing another loss this week.

I have been in discussion with a team in the league who is currently 1-5 for a trade with him. He is interested in 'future stars' and draft picks.

Here is the offer on the table:

I am trading:

Jarrod Parker - SP Oak

Jed Gyorko - 2B/3B SD

2014 4th round pick (after 3 'keeper rounds' so this is technically the 1st round pick)

2014 12th round pick (after 3 'keeper rounds' so this is technically the 9th round pick)

I am getting:

Lance Lynn - SP Stl

Ryan Braun - OF Mil

2014 16th round pick (after 3 'keeper rounds' so this is technically the 13th round pick)

2014 18th round pick (after 3 'keeper rounds' so this is technically the 15th round pick)

Think this trade is fair?

    Can you keep Braun? If so, then that is a huge win this year and next.

    Lynn - okay. Not exciting.

    Neither Parker or Gyorko is a sure thing, but both have potential. Can't see giving up a round 1-3 pick for either unless your keeper rules are very restrictive.

    Draft pick value depends on who can be kept. Is it a top 10 player or a top 40 player?
