please help me out with my CPU config?
hey i want to get a entry level gaming CPU assembled. My budget is Rs. 25000. I am looking for a processor like AMD Phenom with 6 cores @3.0 ghz or above and a good graphic card in range rs. 5000-8000,4 GB RAM and 500 GB Hard disk. I m little confused abt motherboard. Does it affects gaming experience. If i buy a high range motherboard then it will be out of my range. I want a CPU that can run games like modern warfare 3, battlefield 3, batman arkaham asylum, assasin's creed 3 at a good or decent speed and new games like farcy 3,max payne 3 at lowest settings and a playable speed as it requires 2 gb RAM and dual core as min requirements. Please help me out with my problem.

Motherborad doesn't effect the gaming performance of a PC atall as the performance factore depends in the order of:
GPU>CPU>RAM
so just get a good graphic card like:
PowerColor AMD/ATI HD 7750 1 GB GDDR5
ZOTAC NVIDIA GeForce GTX650 1GB 1 GB GDDR5
I'll suggest the HD7750 as you'll be going for a AMD processor and AMD CPUs paired with an AMD GPU gives the best performance even better than other cards with slightly higer clockspeeds.
The rest of your configuration can easily be an AMD FX4100 processor rather than a Phenom as its one of the latest and Phenom will be discontinued by this year end. For full PC specification refer to this article:

Just ignore the GPU as you want a higer level Card which i've already mentioned in the beginning rest can be kept the same.
Hope that i was helpful enough :)

I would suggest getting a processor from the AMD FX family. Maybe the FX 4130 for a quad-core or the FX 6300 for a six core. For gaming you really only need the quad-core. But shoot for the six core if you want. For the graphics card I would defiantly recommend Nvidia. For your price range I would say the GTX 650 or the GTX 650 ti. Preferably, you should get your graphics card with 2gb of video ram but I think you can survive with 1gb of video ram. As for your system RAM 4gb is a minimum, 8gb is better, while 12gb is the most you would ever need for gaming. A decent cheap brand is Ballistix Sport. As for your hard drive any brand will do. Western Digital Black would be the best. Motherboard doesn't matter all that much as long its compatible with the processor and it has all the plugs you want.

hi there,i'm from india too.i got a gaing pc for rs.30000..lemme suggest u the components.
processor-amd phenom 2 x4 955 BE is a superb processor,it may not b available now,go with amd fx 4100 as its fantastic for gaming with a speed of 3.6 ghz but 4 cores are perfect for gaming!!
graphic card-i wud suggest going for ati coz its cheaper than nvidea and performs equally.u possibly cant buy 2gb version coz ua budget is tight.i would suggest ati 7750 1gb ddr5 it costs a little more than 7k..or go with 6750..ram of 4gb is enuff,go with the ddr3 version of crosschair.
motherboard is not at all an issue, coz all u need to specify is a motherboard with am3+ socket..asus is best accdn to me..go with a power supply of 500w..
hope i helped:)

You gotta be kidding me.The games you listed, i can play on 2Ghz processor,1GB RAM and a 512MB Graphic card, which is only 3900Rs.Motherboard doesn't affect gaming. In your budget if you buy those things, you can run each and every game in this world in medium or high settings.

Motherboard only affects if you want to overclock(chipset and vrm),or have special bios or uefi features,or if you want to sli or crossfire.
