What's better for the environment..Owning an energy guzzling mansion and preaching against global warming?

You have described Al Gore. Reject the energy guzzling mansion and preaching. The earth has periods of warmth and cold over hundreds of years, so any natural phenomenon should not be preached against and a modest home would use much less energy.

That's irrelevant in the extreme, not enough people own 'energy guzzling mansions'' for it to have any impact. I don't think any one is preaching against climate change, they are just warning against it, and asking that we consider the consequences, in terms of crops and water levels in the future.

Since people tend live up to what they make and we only have one percent who can afford mansions, it is industry and agriculture that needs watching, not how the one in a million guy does.

BTW there are many modest homes that aren't as energy efficient as the newer homes, which brings in a whole new set of indoor pollution problems, from molds to off gasses of furniture, paint and carpets.

I think no matter your political orientation or whether you believe global warming or not, that doesn't justify treating the Earth worse.

Liberals love to preach the do as I say not as I do Propaganda. Along with trying to create a false fear in the people. Then reassuring them they can protect you from what ever tragedy they make up. All we have to do is give them some more money and trust them.

Apples and Oranges. If Al Gore wants to speak out against destroying the planet he can also profit from improving things for all of us.

Yes I know Al Gore should live in a 2 bedroom house and paddle around the world in his canoe to his meetings.

**** the environment, I set my AC to 40 degrees 24/7 and look for the car that has the lowest MPG, the environment can go to Hell, polluters are patriots for striking back against the thing that sends us killer bees and hurricanes. FACT.
