I'm having commitment problems with boyfriend?

i recently just got a new boyfriend and I'm already regretting it. i have a huge problem with commitment and i have never done good in relationships I'm always better off being single. i always flake out and make up some excuse to break up with them after like a week. and i really feel uncomfortable with being in a relationship, i don't know why i keep going into relationships with people when i know it will just end badly for me. i don't know what to do. should i break up with him? I'm so lost i hate being in relationships. is that a bad thing? will i ever grow out of it?
